Individual sessions for mums combining mindfulness, gentle yoga and hypnotherapy / NLP to help you reset and reduce anxiety.
I work with you to practice simple yet effective techniques to help restore calm in a way that works for you. My goal is always to provide you with real life ways to feel grounded and calmer, so that you can practice them in your every day life whenever you need.
Mindful Kids / Teens
Engaging yoga sessions and mindful practices designed to support children with focus, regulation, and big feelings as well as those who simply want to grow confidence, focus and emotional skills.
Combination of movement, simple breathwork, mindful games and child friendly relaxations that encourage focus, confidence, calm and connection.
