Through breathwork, relaxation, gentle yoga and NLP, we use evidence-based techniques known to reduce cortisol and rebalance your nervous system.
Reset sessions focus on personalised approaches drawn from mindfulness, gentle yoga and hypnotherapy/NLP.
Natural methods that work to reduce your cortisol and help you feel calmer, refreshed and more in control.
I work with mums online through 1:1 appointments, or face to face in the Mornington Peninsula ( locations Rosebud / Sorrento).
Mindful Resets are 60 minutes. Most people benefit from a short block of 4–6 sessions.
