Rather than overwhelming you with techniques, Mindful Reset focuses on carefully chosen, effective approaches drawn from mindfulness, gentle yoga and hypnotherapy.


These methods are selected for their ability to calm anxiety, support emotional regulation and help you feel steadier in everyday life — so you can return to them when it matters most.

 

Yoga, hypnotherapy and mindfulness are natural methods that all work to reduce your cortisol and increase your confidence , helping you feel calmer, refreshed and more in control.


I work with people online through 1:1 appointments, or face to face in the Mornington Peninsula ( locations Rosebud / Sorrento).
